I’ve mostly worked at smaller game studios before Thunderful Games. What I like about working here is you get to exchange knowledge with so many amazing people company wide, while still working in smaller teams. I think this is optimal for people to grow, learn and let their ideas thrive. Having your idea end up in a game is fantastic, especially when it inspires and means something to the ones playing it!
